This App will allow our Clients to (1) Learn more about our ballrooms and services (2) Manage existing contracts with Meridian for future events - Make Payments, Review Services and Prepare for Events (3) Share Event Information with Guests and Vendors by inviting them to use this APP (4) Access to useful links to (a) Make payments (b) Get ABC permit for hard liquor (c) Create layout using allseated.com (d) Get answer to FAQs and a lot more (5) Allow to upload bulk contact list(.xlsx) of their guest(s) to invite to their event and the contacts are maintained securely in our environment (http://api.meridianconvention.com/). (6) my ballroom have updated with account deletion. User can delete their account if required. By deleting the account users data, event information will be retained safely in our environment. User can login later and continue my ballroom service.Please download and use it for a successful event at Meridian.
